Prerequisites: Students wishing to study the Service Strategy course should already hold the ITIL Foundation certificate.
Exam details: Please note the exam is purchased separately.
The exam comprises 40 multiple-choice questions over 90 minutes, with a 70% pass mark. The exam can be taken online with a web proctor (PeopleCert). Students must hold the ITIL Foundation certificate and have already completed the Service Strategy course before they can request their exam voucher.
